FEES POLICY – 2009/10

Session fees for 9am – midday: £10.50

Session fees for 9am – 1pm: £14.00

Fees are due at the beginning of each half term and must be paid within 14 days. Please make cheques payable to Kingston Pre-school. Fees are payable in full in respect of any period of absence. Four weeks written notice must be given if you intend to withdraw your child. There will be a 10% discount for siblings

All 3 and 4 year olds are eligible for the Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) which entitles them to funded nursery education from the term after their third birthday. If your child is eligible for the EYEE you will be asked to complete a Parental Declaration for pre-school to claim the grant on your behalf. Parents/carers of children eligible for EYEE will be:

billed for the difference between the session fee and the EYEE. The EYEE pays £8.75 per session,

billed full session fees for any sessions taken over and above EYEE limits.

responsible for resolving any problems related to their EYEE claim and reimbursing pre-school for any shortfalls arising as a result.

We encourage all families to check their eligibility for working tax credit and child tax credit and claim accordingly.
