Kingston Pre-school has been established for over 30 years, some staff members have a long association with us. We take staff training and development very seriously and staff have the qualification, training, skills and knowledge as set by the Welfare requirements as part of the Statutory Framework of the Early Years Foundation Stage. These same standards set statutory adult/child staffing ratios which for children aged 2-3 years is 1 adult to 4 children and for those aged 3-5 years is 1 adult to 8 children. We aim to and regularly achieve higher adult to children ratios as far as is practical.
