FEES, PAYMENTS AND FUNDING
Fees are payable at the start of each half term. You will be issued with an invoice and payment is required within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in financial penalty or in extreme cases your child's place will be forfeit. No refunds are payable for absence for any reason. Fees are reviewed each year and the following years fees will be published during the preceding summer term following the AGM. Current fees are displayed on our notice board and copies are available from staff at any time. A monthís notice in writing is required if you no longer require your child’s place.
Children are eligible for Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) funding from the term after their 3rd birthday. The supervisor will give you a form to claim EYEE funding. In the event of any difficulties arising with your EYEE claim we can put you in touch with the EYEE administrator but you will be responsible for resolving these and if required reimbursing pre-school for any loses. We strongly encourage all families to review their eligibility for child tax credit and working tax credits and can put you in touch with people who can advise on eligibility and assist with claims.
From time to time we request contributions to cover the cost of outings or for example, the provision of food at the Christmas party.
