COMPLAINTS
We hope you don't but if you have any reason for dissatisfaction with any aspect of our pre-school we will always try our hardest to work toward a solution for you.
In the event of a complaint please address this initially to the supervisor. If you are not satisfied with the outcome please raise the matter with the committee chair person. Should the matter remain unresolved your complaint can be referred to the East Sussex Early Years, Childcare and Extended School Service (EYCESS).
In the final event the Office for Standards in Education (OFSTED) have a complaints line. Contact details for the committee chair person, EYCESS and Ofsted will be clearly displayed on the pre-school notice board or in the purple information file.
